Pork Belly Cured With: Brown Sugar, Kosher Salt, Ground Coffee, Celery Powder, Black Pepper, Cayenne

Keep refrigerated or frozen before eating. For best cooking results, evenly spread the bacon slices on a lipped, baking pan and cook for about 12-15 minutes at about 350-375° (depending on the oven).
